Tell us what happened

Include your device model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help, but please remove personal information. Never send passwords or Apple verification codes.

Can I download it now?

The iPhone edition is being prepared. There is no public App Store or TestFlight download link yet.

Do I need a microphone?

No. Listen and repeat aloud if you want to. The app does not record or grade your voice.

Can I repeat a lesson?

Yes. Choose any completed numbered sentence or use “Practise this circle” to start that circle from the beginning. Back takes you to the previous step; Back to path returns to your circle.

Where is progress saved?

Learning without an account stays on your device. In the beta, an optional verified account saves progress online and syncs it between devices signed into that account. You can add friends by exact username and accept requests inside Friends & XP. Friend-request email alerts are not available yet. Export a copy before deleting local data.

What if I cannot hear the audio?

Check the device’s media volume and whether audio is going to Bluetooth headphones. Try Listen again. If a particular sentence fails repeatedly, send us its English wording.

Is this enough for a Greek language exam?

It teaches practical foundation phrases. It does not certify a language level or replace a full exam preparation course.
