Event enquiries

When you contact us, we use the name, email address and event details you provide to respond to your request and discuss entertainment, brand activation, event management or sourcing for your event. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Website and communication services

The website is hosted with SiteGround. Enquiry forms and email services process the information needed to deliver your message. The language selector opens authored welcome pages on this website. Video thumbnails can load from YouTube; choosing to play a film connects to YouTube and is subject to its privacy terms. Other films are served from the original TotallyFlirt media library. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this package. Hosting and any separately enabled plugins may set necessary cookies or record access logs.

Your requests

You can contact hello@icatchingcy.com to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have supplied. We may need to verify the request and consider records that must be retained for an agreed booking or other applicable obligations.

Enquiries and booking

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Your event, price and practical arrangements must be agreed separately.
