How it can work at your event
An arrival performance works well when the route and greeting area are planned in advance. Ground conditions, headroom, weather and crowd movement determine whether the setting is suitable. Choose costumes that connect with your event theme and allow a clear place for photographs.
Tell us what you have in mind
Tell us your costume theme, welcome timings and photographs of the proposed route and entrances. Include your budget range and anything still to be decided. We will talk through the options and confirm the scope, availability and price in your proposal.
Planning for Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Protaras or a nearby town? Our location guides help you think through different event settings. If you are organising from abroad, we can help liaise with your venue and coordinate the agreed arrangements.
USEFUL QUESTIONS
Questions before you book
Are stilt walkers suitable outdoors?
They may be, depending on the surface, weather and performance route. Share photographs of the area and plan an alternative if conditions are unsuitable.
How much does it cost?
The quote depends on the act, date, location, duration, cast size and technical requirements. Share your brief so the proposed scope and price can be discussed.
