How it can work at your event
The best surprise begins with careful timing. We discuss how performers enter, where the audience will gather, the music cue and what happens after the reveal. A shopping-centre activation, hotel reception and private party each need a different approach. Venue permission, sound and access are part of the brief.
Tell us what you have in mind
Tell us your song ideas, audience size, preferred reveal and whether guests will take part. Include your budget range and anything still to be decided. We will talk through the options and confirm the scope, availability and price in your proposal.
Planning for Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Protaras or a nearby town? Our location guides help you think through different event settings. If you are organising from abroad, we can help liaise with your venue and coordinate the agreed arrangements.
USEFUL QUESTIONS
Questions before you book
Can guests take part?
Yes, guest participation can be discussed at the planning stage. Let us know whether you want a professional-only performance or a rehearsed moment involving friends, colleagues or family.
How much does it cost?
The quote depends on the act, date, location, duration, cast size and technical requirements. Share your brief so the proposed scope and price can be discussed.
Is the pictured performance guaranteed?
Images show entertainment and costume inspiration from the TotallyFlirt library. Confirm the actual performers, costumes and programme in your booking proposal.

How to plan a flash mob that fits your event
Start with the reveal
Think about where your guests will be and what they will believe is happening before the performance begins. A surprise at a private reception needs a different plan from an activation in a public space.
Give us the brief behind the surprise
Tell us the occasion, preferred song or style, audience size and venue. For a brand event, include the message you want people to remember. We can discuss choreography and timing around that brief; filming and venue permission should be agreed separately.
Choose the right kind of flash mob
Explore singing flash mobs for a vocal surprise or proposal flash mobs for a personal reveal. Keeping the plan discreet is part of coordinating the day.
