A welcome appearance and a stage show are different bookings
If you want performers greeting guests and posing for photographs, tell us when arrivals begin and how long the welcome needs to last. If you want a choreographed show, share the music style, audience layout and place in the running order. Make clear when you are asking for both so the proposal covers preparation and changeover time.
Use your theme to guide the presentation
Send references for the colours, headdresses and overall look you prefer. A gala dinner, casino-themed party and wedding reception may call for different presentations. The gallery is a starting point for that conversation; the available costumes and performers are confirmed in your own proposal.
Check access as well as the performance space
For your Paphos hotel or private venue, discuss entrances, doorways, steps and changing facilities with the event contact. Large headdresses and feather costumes need room to move. A welcome point should leave guests and venue staff a clear route, and an outdoor appearance needs a suitable plan if the weather changes.
What to include in your enquiry
Send your date, exact venue, guest numbers, theme, preferred appearance or show format and budget range. Include the arrival schedule if the performers will greet guests. Discuss guest photographs as part of the appearance brief, including the location and time available. If you need a photographer or branded backdrop, include that separately in your enquiry.
Can showgirls join a larger production?
Yes, this can be discussed alongside other dancers or acts. Share the whole programme so choreography, costume changes and performance cues can be planned together.
