Choose where the theme comes to life
You do not need a different act in every part of the evening. A character welcome can set the scene as guests arrive; a short stage show can give dinner a focal point; roaming performers can create photo opportunities between formal moments. Tell us which part of the event matters most so we can discuss a focused entertainment brief.
Connect costumes, music and the setting
Send a few references showing the colours, era or characters you have in mind. A Gatsby evening, a carnival celebration and a seasonal party call for different music and presentation. We can discuss performers alongside props and event sourcing, with the available costumes and programme confirmed in your proposal.
Plan for the actual Paphos event space
Give us the venue name and the room or terrace you have booked, including events in Kato Paphos, Chloraka or Coral Bay. If the welcome is outdoors and dinner is inside, the plan needs to cover both spaces: where performers prepare, how they move between appearances and where guests can watch without blocking service routes.
Send a brief that makes comparing options easier
Include the date, guest numbers, theme references, preferred entertainment moments and a budget range. Tell us what the venue or another supplier is already providing. Your proposal should identify the performers, appearance or show timings, agreed equipment, preparation needs and total quoted cost.

Can you help if we have a theme but no act in mind?
Yes. Describe the atmosphere and the part of the event you want to improve. We can discuss suitable entertainment ideas and check availability before putting the programme together.
Can the theme include both a welcome and a show?
That can be discussed as one brief. Make clear whether you need the same performers for both, as costume changes, preparation time and the running order need to fit together.
