Choose the moment before choosing the routine
A flash mob needs a believable beginning. Perhaps guests are gathering for a reception, a presentation has just finished or one person is about to hear a favourite song. Describe the moment you have in mind and what the audience will be doing. That helps us discuss performer entrances, music and the build-up to the reveal.
Keep the surprise from guests, not the venue
For a Paphos hotel, restaurant or private event space, involve the venue contact early. Agree where performers can meet discreetly, who starts the music and which area must stay clear. If you are considering a public place, permission and access need to be checked with the relevant operator or authority before the location is confirmed.
Professional dancers or a routine guests join?
Tell us whether friends, family or colleagues would like to take part. A guest routine needs a realistic rehearsal plan and steps that suit the people involved. If everyone is travelling to Cyprus, include their arrival dates and available practice time. A performance watched entirely by guests has a different preparation brief.
What affects the quote?
The number of performers, choreography, rehearsal requirements, location, music arrangements and event timing all shape the proposal. Send your date, venue, audience size, song ideas and budget range. We will discuss availability and the agreed scope before you book; no venue or cast in the library films is implied to be your booked team.
Questions before you book
Can a flash mob be part of a proposal?
Yes, discuss the proposal as a specific brief, including who knows about it, the intended reveal and a discreet contact on the day. Performer availability and venue arrangements still need confirmation.
What if our event timetable changes?
Include one organiser or venue contact who can communicate timing changes and give the agreed cue. Discuss any flexibility when booking so the surprise fits the rest of the event.
