For a celebration around Troodos, name the village, property and time of year. A winery dinner, hotel event and village function call for different performance formats. Share indoor room dimensions as well as outdoor plans so a practical alternative can be discussed from the start.
How production shows fits your occasion.
A production should suit the room as well as the occasion. Discuss the running time, stage dimensions, audience sightlines and how the show fits around dinner, speeches or other acts. Options range from a focused performance slot to a themed evening with several entertainment moments.
| Your idea | A production show brings music, dance and costumes together as a focused part of the event. Decide whether you want a single feature performance or several shorter sets around dinner, awards or a party. |
|---|---|
| Space and preparation | Share stage dimensions, ceiling height, changing facilities and the sound and lighting already available. Allow time for setup and a sound check before guests arrive. |
| Before you book | Ask for a proposal confirming availability, what is included, the agreed timings and the total price for your Troodos & mountain villages booking. |

This is a planning reference, not confirmation that this act can perform at the venue. No partnership or previous performance is implied. The venue must approve the proposed arrangement.
