Aerialists
in Paphos.
An aerial act can give your Paphos event a striking focal point. Share the venue details first so the proposed performance can be planned around the space, access and professional rigging assessment.

Decide how guests will experience the act
Would you like everyone to stop and watch a featured performance, or are you exploring a visual moment during a reception? Tell us the occasion, audience size and place in the running order. The proposed apparatus, presentation and music need to fit the event as well as the venue.
Ask the venue for information before choosing apparatus
For a hotel ballroom, private venue or outdoor event in Paphos, send photographs, the available height and any existing rigging documentation. The venue and qualified rigging professionals must assess structural suitability and the operating requirements. Do not assume a visible beam or an event space is suitable for aerial work.
Allow for preparation and the audience layout
Discuss access for the team and equipment, preparation space, setup time and the audience position with your venue contact. An outdoor proposal also needs an agreed weather plan. These details belong in the booking discussion before the performance is added to your final schedule.
If aerial performance is not suitable
A venue can work well for an event without being suitable for aerial entertainment. We can discuss other specialist or dance acts against the same creative brief. Send your date, exact Paphos venue, photographs and budget range; availability and technical suitability are confirmed before booking.
Questions before you book
Can you confirm an aerial booking from photographs alone?
Photographs help the initial discussion, but they do not replace the venue information and assessment required from the relevant qualified professionals.
Does the showreel show the exact act we would book?
The mixed specialist reel is inspiration from the TotallyFlirt library. Your proposal confirms the specific act, apparatus and presentation available for your event.
